Important: Appointments must be registered using your child's name and date of birth; parents/guardians may use their contact information for registration.
Waiting for Results?
After your test is analyzed, you will receive a notification by email or text letting you know results are available. To view your results, follow the notification link and login to your account.

Log into your child's account or finish setting up the account from the email invite.
